George I’d love to learn more about why the sale cycle for enterprise SAAS companies is soo long. How we get more product in front of procurement & speed up transactions time?

Now that is a project that could take a very long time...I feel like there are the measurable components like implementation time, contracts, etc. but then there are the immeasurable like switching costs on your organization and reluctance of employees to use a tool. Sometimes that is a non-issue but when consolidating to a single platform from many or moving from one mission-critical tool to another replacement, that friction can be serious. In my experience, it leads to half-measures and partial migrations...leading to more expenses, an even longer cutover, and confusion. I digress
