👀 2023 Year in Review

We didn’t run out of things to say…barely…

2023 was our first year writing the Hawk Hill Ventures memo and, against all odds, we found something new to say every week. Our next post will be number 52 for the year, our goal. To celebrate, we wanted to take a moment to highlight a few of our favorites and reflect on what we’ve learned along the way. 

George’s Favorites

The opportunity to write frequently about topics that interest me has proven very valuable in my life. I spent a lot of time writing about the proptech industry and some about my personal life. Below are a couple that I particularly enjoyed writing and my favorite of Paul’s.

Writing the memo this year was a fun challenge! I enjoyed spending time writing regularly, and I’m really happy with how some of our memos turned out. Here’s a few of my favorites:

We learned a lot over the course of this year. We learned that writing a blog post every week can be exhausting but the consistency required also really helps improve your writing abilities. We also learned the brand value that consistent content creation leads to.

Looking to 2024, we will be moving to a monthly memo.
